NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO REPAIR ROADS IN APPLE HILL ESTATES SUBDIVISION OF FLUSHING MICHIGAN
Take notice, at the meeting to be held Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, MI 48433 (810-659-0800) the Charter Township of Flushing Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing to consider the creation of a special assessment district comprised of approximately 88 parcels of real property located in the Apple Hill Estates Subdivision of Flushing Township to pay for the repair and repaving N. McKinley, Apple Blossom Lane, Spydell Drive, Applewood Drive, McIntosh Circle located in Flushing Township. The properties under consideration to be included in the special assessment district are identified as the following tax parcels: 08-23-551-001, 002, 007, 008, 08-23-552-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 017,018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 08-23-553-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 040, 08-23-554-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016. The plat map of the proposed special assessment district, a list of each property proposed to be included with address, parcel number and current owner, the cost estimate prepared by the Genesee County Road Commission and the proposed resolution for possible adoption by the Flushing Township Board of Trustees on October 12, 2023 is available for viewing in the clerk’s office.
