The Charter Township of Flushing Board of Trustees held the FIRST READING on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 for
ORDINANCE NO. 25-01
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND REPLACE THE BELOW SECTION OF CHAPTER 19 AND 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY THE AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF JUNK VEHICLES AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
The Charter Township of Flushing Board of Trustees will hold the SECOND READING and possible approval on Tuesday, April 14TH, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the regular Board of Trustees meeting at the Flushing Area Senior Center, 106 Elm St, Flushing, MI 48433. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public review at the Township Office during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and is also available on the website.
