AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 36 ARTICLE 17 OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF FLUSHING CODE OF ORDINANCES AND ENACTING CHAPTER 35, SIGNS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF SIGNS WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOATION THEREOF
The Charter Township of Flushing Board of Trustees will hold the SECOND READING and possible approval on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the regular Board of Trustees meeting at the Flushing Area Senior Center, 106 Elm St, Flushing, MI 48433. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public review at the Township Office during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and is also available on the website.
