The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposed and says he/she wishes to be pennitted to perform the operation, service or act stated hereon and that the statements made above are true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge and belief. Deponent further says that he/she will comply with all provisions of the ordinance of the Township of Flushing relative to the operation, service or act for which the certificate is requested. Deponent further agrees to hold the Township of Flushing free and harmless from all liability that may be imposed upon it. To reimburse the Township of Flushing for all expenses of litigation in connection with the defense of•claims as such liability and claims may arise because of negligence in the performance of the work or act for which the certificate was issued.
Solicitation is not permitted prior to 10:00 a.m., or after 7:00 p.m. or dusk, (whichever comes first), of every weekday or Saturday. No solicitation is allowed at any time on Sunday, or on the following holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
