Park Ordinance are punishable as a Civil Infraction.
penalties start at $50.00
Dogs must be on a leash at all times. The penalty will be doubled in the Sping during ground birds’ nesting season.
Horses are allowed on designated trails only.
Bicycles are permitted when used in a safe and orderly manner.
Vehicles must have a special permit, issued by Flushing Township, to travel trails.
Cars are allowed to pick up boats and canoes from the landing area.
Handicapped people may drive to the handicap fishing access sites.
THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED
Overnight parking.
Operating a vehicle in an inappropriate manner
Hunting or trapping of any animal at any time
Destruction or defacing of any park property
Destruction or the removal of any plant, without permission from management
Littering or pollution of any kind
Alcohol or illegal drugs on the premises at any time.
Use of alcohol or drugs
Fires of any kind without special permit from Flushing Township
Fire works of any kind at any time
Camping without permission from Flushing Township
Use of loud or amplified music.
Swimming at any time
